Not a Cornfield LLC invites members of the public to listen to the audio sound from the Not a Cornfield art project (in addition to the live video feed already available on this website). This access is provided to educate the public about the art project and to encourage people to visit the actual site of the project at 1799 Baker Street Los Angeles, CA 90012. We also invite those displaying art to the public, including museums, schools and galleries, to relay the live sound and/or the live video of the Not a Cornfield art project at their locations where they display art to the public. TERMS OF USE The granting of this permission to access the live audio sound and live video is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. No ownership rights whatsoever are being transferred in the sound or the video or any other element, of the “Not a Cornfield” art project, including, but not limited to, any copyright or other intellectual property rights. All of such rights are reserved and belong solely and exclusively to the Not a Cornfield LLC. 2. Not a Cornfield LLC is not granting or licensing to anyone accessing the audio sound and/or the video any right to create, license or exploit any reproduction (including video and/or sound recordings) or derivative works or written or visual materials whatsoever (whether for sale or free of charge) in connection with the project or any right to use the names Not a Cornfield, Not a Cornfield LLC, Lauren Bon or The Annenberg Foundation except by way of the identification in paragraph 3, below. 3. With respect to those relaying the live audio sound and/or live video to the public, the audio and/or video shall be identified only by the project’s title “Not a Cornfield” with a reference to its website: www.notacornfield.info. Any display of the video shall be limited to one screen only at each such site and no other visuals of the project or other information of any kind shall be included or displayed. 4. Use of the audio sound and/or video of the Not a Cornfield art project for any purpose, other than those educational and charitable purposes as explicitly permitted above, without the express written consent of the Not a Cornfield LLC, is prohibited. In no event, however, may the audio sound and/or video be used for any commercial purpose or private benefit.
